Every homeowner who reaches out to Airburden Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Airburden Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
